year one, check

As my first year of grad school comes to a close next week, it is hard to put into words everything I have experienced and learned since September. I've made new friends, perfected new art processes, learned tons more about the history and theories of my medium, developed new ideas and work, and found in myself someone who really loves to teach. I'm excited for what summer and year two have to offer, and trying to make every minute count, as I know graduation will be here in what feels like a flash!
